The judicial review case brought against North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group by Islington councillor Anjna Khurana will be heard at the High Court on 1 and 2 February.

Islington Keep Our NHS Public has been supporting Anjna all the way.  We plan to rally outside the Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand from
9.00 am on both days. It would be great if you could join us.  We think the case will start at 10.00 or 10.30, hence the early start.

Remember this is about whether the American firm Centene (through Operose, its UK subsidiary) should have been awarded the contracts to
run not only the two Islington surgeries, but 42 others across London.
One of the grounds for the legal action was that this is a matter of wide public interest and they failed to consult the public. Let’s show how much it matters to us
